This kid is a technician as both kick-off man and place kicker as he is very well-groomed and schooled on fundamentals. When you watch Andres Vasquez in the short-to-intermediate range, he is really easy to like because he attacks the ball quickly and the ball jumps off his leg, but when he if forced to back up and attempt from 40+, you can see that he has just adequate leg strength. He is accurate, his approach is very consistent and he is not a guy that is going to have to adjust

or speed up to avoid getting kicks blocked at the next level. He is an excellent punter that is capable of directional placements and solid hang time. Has also shown the makings of a specialist as an onside kick guy. He has solid size, but needs to strengthen up in the weight room.
