Jomari Brooks is a strong downhill back who is very sturdy and durable. Hits the hole hard with square shoulder pads but runs with good patience and more-than-adequate vision. Sees and hits the cutback sharply with deceptively good feet, quickness and lateral agility. Displays good downhill strength and above average burst through the hole when he plants and gets going in a straight line north. When he runs behind his pads he breaks consistent first contact and is very

difficult to arm-tackle high. Upper-body strength is very good and he has the lower body strength to absorb a hit and keep forward progress. Gets good yards after contact and flashes good outside burst and quickness. Brooks is a complete back as he can move the chains inside and out as a runner, catches the ball out of the backfield and is a serviceable blocker.
