While Lee Mayhall may be  undersized, until you have seen him up close you don't realize how well put together he is and the more you watch him, the less you have doubts about his ability to be an inside runner. He is a tough, rugged speedster with tremendous acceleration and smooth quickness. He does a nice job of allowing blocks to develop in front of him. He gets lost behind his line and then explodes through small creases. Weaves and cuts his way through the line with

great burst, has exceptional lateral quickness to exploit cutback lanes and the speed to turn the corner. He is a scary perimeter runner when he gets in space because he is a legit homerun threat in the open field. He possesses outstanding top end speed at the second level. He is a nightmare on screens and checkdowns and has upside as a split out receiver with improvement as a route runner which will come.  He is a tough scrapper that runs bigger than his frame would lead you to believe, his true talent lies in making people miss and avoiding contact.
