Tavon Moore is a quick-footed receiver prospect who has good mismatch potential if employed in a wide open college offence. It is hard to get a clean shot on Tavon with the ball in his hands. Route running and overall receiving skills are good, he is very dangerous when he gets the ball underneath in space. Transitions up field quickly and displays good open field vision. Consistently makes the first defender miss in space with his sharp stop-start skill and loose hips. Shows good

lateral quickness and body control. Flashes the speed and acceleration needed to separate when he breaks free in the second level. Has a good second gear, he plucks the ball  with his hands in stride and avoids body catches. Can absorb a big hit despite his smaller size. We did see great burst and sharpness out of his breaks. Tavon is a good potential weapon if used creatively on offense.
